For those who are planning to attend, we ask that you please use the RSVP function on this event to indicate you are going. That way, we can make sure we know how many folks are planning to attend, and I would also like to try to coordinate our initial arrive at the Lone Wolf dealership, riding in with as large a group as possible!

I recommend trying the Holiday Inn Express - they seem to be honoring a better rate than the other hotels and are super friendly and helpful (plus, I think several of your Board Members are getting reservations there too).
I have already registered and made my reservation at the Holiday Inn Express for the 16th-19th, as I don't know yet what time on the 17th things will get going. I recommend you consider that and if you can swing it, ride over with us on the 16th...
